Volunteer Recruitment Manager

£24,000-26,000 per annum – depending on skills and experience

Home-based but required to work at least 1 day a week at our head office in Royston (Hertfordshire). Travel expenses to/from head office will be reimbursed.

Are you passionate about supporting young people to be the best they can be? Are you the one that makes things happen? Are you able to juggle multiple competing demands whilst keeping an eye on the detail?

Grit are excited to be looking for a dynamic new Volunteer Recruitment Manager to join our vibrant team. We’re looking for like-minded people, who are up for a challenge and who thrive on working hard. And, we’re looking for someone with the spark, drive and passion to take on the role and be brilliant at it.

You will need to have previous experience of recruiting or managing volunteers.

In particular, we’d love to hear from people who: can form positive relationships quickly; are outstanding team workers; excellent at communicating – verbally and in writing; who are motivated, energetic and have very strong personal organisational skills.
