Hayley Thompson

Hayley is one of our Programme Managers.  She joined us at the start of 2023 after working in the education sector for many years.

She has spent the last 20 years working in various roles with vulnerable children and young people.  More recently, since 2018 she has been working in London with children in care by promoting their educational achievement and enabling them to secure good educational outcomes.  Hayley feels passionate about ensuring that the dreams and aspirations of all young people should be supported.

A lover of animals and nature, Hayley enjoys being outside, going for long walks and camping.

She lives with her husband, well-behaved house rabbit and two very demanding and pampered cats.
