Lola Green

Lola works as a Programmes Manager in our Operations Team.

She joined Grit for the first time in 2008, and after an interlude spent running her own business and living in Sweden, she happily returned in 2021.

Lola’s background is in project and operations management in the media and charity sectors. She is passionate about unlocking the potential of young people and inspired by the commitment of the volunteers she collaborates with at Grit.

When not managing programmes, Lola might be found cuddling her chickens and spending time with friends and family.
