Nana Mills-Robertson - Trustee

Nana is a digital content creator, filmmaker and co-host of Picking Into It podcast - a conversational podcast on movies and TV shows.

She is a 2018 graduate of a Grit residential and coaching programme. Her experiences with the charity have led her to believe each young person should have the same overwhelming support she had from people at Grit.

"Being part of Grit was a unique experience. To have coaches believe in you, support and build you up is something I believe all young people need and deserve. I still keep in contact with coaches from my programme who continue to cheer me on in different areas of my life.

Grit helped me deal with issues I had with self-esteem and identity, how I can sometimes be my own worst enemy. Grit has helped with my personal development and contributed to who I am today."
